FLAT RATE SHIPPING POLICY
A flat rate shipping charge of $7.00 will be applied to all orders with a delivery address within the 48 contiguous United States.  Additional shipping will be charged to orders mailed to Alaska or Hawaii.  Unfortunately, we are not able to ship internationally, to a P.O. Box, or APO/FPO address.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Standard delivery orders will be processed within 2 to 3 business days and will arrive 5 to 10 business days from the date they were shipped.
Expedited delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 3 business days of purchase.
Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of purchase.
Please note:  for purposes of calculating total ship time, the date of purchase will be the following business day for any orders received after 2:00 pm EST.  These delivery times do not apply to shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
CUSTOM OORDERS OR SPECIAL ORDERS REQUIRE THE DELIVERY TIME TO BE CALCULATED INDIVIDUALY.  DELIVERY TIME WILL OFTEN DEPEND ON INFORMATION SUCH AS MEASUREMENTS COLOR OR FABRIC DECESIONS OR SPECIFIC DETAILS REQUIRED TO BE SENT TO US.   ALL DETAILS REQUESTED FOR YOUR CUSTOM OR SPECIAL ORDER MUST BE RECIEVED VIA EMAIL AND SENT TO : orders@avantdesign.us 

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail.  When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.  You may track your package by clicking on the tracking number or by logging in to your account.

SALES TAX
A 7% sales tax will be applied to all items delivered within the state of Florida.
